The Campus Solicitor’s Office acts as the Sunway campus registry for the following registers:-
The Registry of Agreements and the Registry of Official Documents will be the sole repositories of original Agreements and original Official Documents respectively for Sunway campus.
"Agreements" refer to contracts, agreements and other legal documentation of legal arrangements entered into or executed by MUSCM.
"Official Documents" refer to important documents and letters such as accreditation certificates, approval letters from governmental bodies, etc.
Collation of Original Agreements and Official Documents
Only original Agreements and Official Documents are to be deposited at their respective registry.
Parties are requested and reminded to forward all original Agreements and/or original Official Documents to the Campus Solicitor’s Office to be placed into the relevant registry soonest possible and practicable. Parties are advised to use photocopies of Agreements and/or Official Documents as their working copies, if required, and not the originals.
