Academic Transcript

Students who have completed and passed all the required Compulsory Subjects are eligible to request for a formal Compulsory Subjects' Academic Transcript. The transcript details all the subjects you have completed or exempted.

Students may request for a transcript by completing a transcript application form at the Compulsory Subjects Office . The transcript will be issued three working days after the date of the request.  

Certificate of Completion (COC)

Upon completion of each Compulsory Subject, the University can provide the student with a Certificate of Completion.

Students are requested to apply for their copies by completing a COC Application Form at the Compulsory Subjects Office one month after the final examination. Certificates can be collected one week after the date of the request .
