Document Certification

Monash documentation (of which a copy has been taken) can be certified by an appropriate Monash person.

Student Administration staff at Student Administration Services counter, who are responsible for the issuance  of academic transcripts and student letters, are authorized to certify copies of those documents only. You will have to bring along the original and copies of your documents for certification purpose. There is no cost charged for this service.

For documents issued by other parties, eg. your school or any department at Monash, or any previous  institutions , you will have to refer to the original issuance party for certifying those documents.
