Academic Transcripts
An academic transcript is a formal record of your academic history at the university. You will receive a free transcript when you graduate.
Currently enrolled students can download an unofficial academic record via WES.
Alumni, discontinued and currently enrolled students who wish to apply for transcripts, can submit by post or in person a completed application form (pdf 533kb) along with the payment to the Student Administration Services Counter.
Payment must be forwarded with the application form in either bank draft (payable to Monash University Sunway Campus) or cash (acceptable only in person at the Financial Services Cashier)
Your transcript normally shows all of your Monash courses, but you can request one for a specific course if needed, however the transcript will say that it is not a complete record.
