Document Certification

Monash documentation (of which a copy has been taken) can be certified by an appropriate Monash person.

Student Administration staff at Student Administration Services counter, are authorised to certify the following documents for you:

• Testamur
• Academic transcripts (issued by us)
• Student letters (issued by us)

 You will have to bring along the original and copies of your documents for certification purpose. There is no cost charged for this service.

For documents issued by other parties, eg. your school or any department at Monash, or any previous institutions , you will have to refer to the original issuance party for certifying those documents.
