Admissions for February 2009 Intake* :

Important dates for international students, namely:

  • International- transferring students – Those who are currently studying/have studied in Malaysia and have a student pass.
  • International- new students - Those who have never studied in Malaysia before.

 Important note: Students applying for credit for previous studies or with other qualifications are advised to submit their applications as early as possible, and no later than the application deadline as stated above. Late applications will be processed for the Semester Two (July) 2009 Intake.

How to accept your offer Students who fail to accept the offer by the offer lapse date will be required to re-apply for Semester Two (July) 2009 intake.

Submit the following documents together with the deposit payment by the offer lapse date:

  • Acceptance form & required payment
  • Complete immigration documents including release letter from the previous institution.

Course enrolment deadline
  • You must obtain a valid student pass before you are eligible to complete your course enrolment and commence your studies. To find out more about the requirements, please visit the Student Pass webpage.
  • Validate your course enrolment form at the Student Community Services Department within the next working day of your arrival in Malaysia.
  • Return the course enrolment form to the respective Course Management Office latest by 23 February 2009.
  • 13 March 2009 is the last day for change (without penalty) of course or units.
