Go-Kart Challenge 2005

Champions!
The Monash team, represented by Brandon Lim, Ben Ting, Irwan Ismail and Douglas Chin came first runner up for quickest lap time, and won the championship in the 'Alumni' category.		 GoKartAUG2005_10.jpg (445965 bytes)

The annual Go-Kart challenge organised by the Malaysian Australian Alumni Council (MAAC) on 21 August 2005 started with a welcome by its President, Puan Sri Datin Seri Dr Susan Cheah and a few words of encouragement for the participants from His Excellency Mr James Wise, the Australian High Commissioner to Malaysia.

48 drivers consisting of alumni from Australian universities and friends raced at the Morac Fastrack Speedzone Elite for 2 trophies; 'Open' and 'Alumni' categories.
