Accepting an offer

 

If you wish to accept the offer of admission, please download and read the Offer Guide and follow these steps carefully.

Your acceptance form and payment must reach the University no later than the offer lapse date stated in your offer letter, after which this offer will lapse and you will be required to re-apply for admission.

  1. Complete the Acceptance Forms

    • Read the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment carefully and acknowledge with signature and details
    • Complete the Student Acceptance Form (Malaysian or International) carefully and acknowledge with signature and details
    • Complete the Authorization and Emergency Contact Form carefully and acknowledge with signature and details
    • If you are a Malaysian Citizen accepting the MBBS offer for Sunway campus, you must complete and submit the Medical Examination Form (MBBS).
    • If you are an International Student, you must complete the Health Check Examination Form.
    • If you are an International Student, you are required to meet the Malaysian Immigration regulations and apply for a student pass.
    • If you are an International Student, you must submit the relevant documents required for processing your student pass.

  2. Seeking Malaysian National Subjects Exemptions, Student Passes and Accommodation

    • If you would like to seek exemption from the Malaysian National Subjects, read the checklist carefully and provide the necessary

  3. Provide the minimum payment

    • Arrange for the minimum payment of any required fees as stated on your Offer Letter
      • Malaysian students: Purchase a bank draft or prepare a cheque (in Ringgit Malaysia drawn to a Malaysian bank), payable to 'Monash University Sunway campus'
    • International students: Purchase a bank draft in US dollars (US dollars equivalent for the fees are stated in the offer/cover letter) payable to 'Monash University Sunway campus'
    • International students with a Malaysian bank account: Purchase a bank draft in US dollars as above, or purchase a bank draft or prepare a cheque in Ringgit Malaysia drawn to your Malaysian bank, payable to 'Monash University Sunway campus'

      Please note: For international students, the compulsory Hospitalisation and Surgical Insurance premium is included in General Fees unless you have an exemption
  4. Submit to the University

    • Submit the above items (1) and (2) to the University before the stipulated offer lapse date
    • Mail to the address below or deliver in person to the Financial Services Cashier at Building 2 Level 1
