Application for admission

How to apply

  1. Select course(s) and start date

    Read the course details at http://www.monash.edu.my/prospective.htm. Visit the School websites at http://www.monash.edu.my/Schools.htm, and the University website for a wide range of helpful information, including details of our agents worldwide.

  2. Undergraduate degree programs

    It is essential that you carefully read the instructions on this page to ensure that your application is complete and that we can process it quickly and efficiently

  3. Check entry requirements

    For your application to be successful, you must satisfy the academic performance, English language proficiency and age requirements of the University.  Before you complete your application form you should check whether you have, or expect to gain, the necessary qualifications for entry

  4. Complete the application form

    The non-returnable application processing fee of RM100 or USD 30 * must be paid when a student submits their application to Monash University. The application fee can be paid by bankdraft or personal cheque made payable to “Monash University Malaysia” or cash is only payable at the Financial Services Cashier Counter, Level 1, Monash University. Applications will not be processed unless accompanied by the application fee.

    Read the instructions carefully and write your details clearly. Students must fill in all sections of the Undegraduate Application Form. If you wish to apply for credit for previous study,    please complete the “Credit Application Form” as well. Information on Credit is available at: http://www.monash.edu.my/advancement/students/enrolment/credit.htm.

    You can download here or print out the entire Malaysian Undergraduate Application Form, International Undergraduate Application Form and Credit Application Form which is available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) for your convenience.

  5. Provide certified copies of all documents

    Attach certified copy of all academic transcripts and/or work experience. If documents are in a language other than English, an official certified translation must also be provided. (Certified copies of the original documents show endorsement by appropriate personnel as the truth of the facts stated). Incomplete applications CANNOT be processed until the required documentation is received

  6. Send your completed application to the address on the cover page of the application form.

    Students can return the completed application directly to the University by mailing their application with relevant certified copies of all academic transcripts and the non-refundable Application fee to:

    OR delivering it in person to staff at Admissions and Records Unit or Marketing Department at exhibitions or lodge an application through a Monash University registered agent.
