International Study OpportunitiesCommitted to providing international opportunities for all students, Monash University has established the Monash Abroad Office to support and encourage students interested in studying overseas as part of their Monash degree. The Monash Abroad Inter-campus Exchange Program is one of the study abroad options offered by Monash University. Students may undertake part of their studies at an offshore Monash campus for one or two semesters, as a 'visiting student' on the Inter-campus Exchange Program. With more than 100 exchange partner universities in 26 different countries, there are many opportunities to spend one or two semesters overseas as part of the Monash degree under the Inter-University Exchange Program. The program allows students to earn credit at the host university that will be counted towards completing a Monash degree. Monash also offers more than 40 short term international programs overseas which students in all faculties can take as part of your Monash degree. They range in length from 2-8 weeks, with most being about 4 weeks in length. Most take place during holiday periods. There are many ways to obtain that international experience while studying at Monash University.
