The Campus Solicitor’s Office acts as the Sunway campus registry for the following register:-

• Register of Agreements (Intranet - staff only)

The Registry of Agreements  will be the sole repository of original Agreements  for Sunway campus.

"Agreements" refer to contracts, agreements and other legal documentation of legal arrangements entered into or executed by MUSCM.

Collation of Original Agreements

Only original Agreements are to be deposited at the registry.

Parties are requested and reminded to forward all original Agreements  to the Campus Solicitor’s Office to be placed into the registry soonest possible and practicable. Parties are advised to use photocopies of Agreements as their working copies, if required, and not the originals.
