Compliance Framework

The Sunway campus Compliance Framework defines the campus mechanisms in ensuring conformity to legislative and regulatory obligations. The Framework is made up of four components:

 

Register of Delegations and Responsibilities

The Register records formal delegations and responsibilities. Each set of delegation and responsibility has a unique issuance reference code.

 

Compliance Obligations List

This list is used in conjunction with the Register. It identifies key obligations found in the Register and details each obligation requirement. The Register’s reference code is listed against each obligation. The list also details the campus’s obligations towards compliance reports.

 

Bestowal Form

This form is used to allocate and accept specific delegation and responsibility. The form sets out the expectations in respect of the delegation and responsibility.

 

Compliance Sign-off Sheet

This sheet comprising general and specific declarations affirms that the responsibilities have or have not been met.
