Capital works and refurbishment  

The Building Management unit is responsible for the management of the university's capital development program and for the delivery of capital works projects and major refurbishments.

Major Projects

• Phase 2, Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Clinical School Johor Bahru.
• Closing of Metal Link Bridge from Western Carpark to MUSC (Building Map) & (Closure layout).
• Hoarding area at Monash front entrance for canopy walkway construction (layout).

Refurbishment Works

• Construction of Sport Courts (floor plan) & (work schedule).


All requests for capital works and major refurbishment should be submitted via the space/maintenance/refurbishment work request form (SMR form).
