Events Form and Venue Booking (non-recreational venues)
All staff planning to organise an event will be required to submit an Events Management Request (EMR) form to the Event Management Unit, Building 2, Level 2. Venue bookings are subject to receiving prior event approval and can be submitted via the Venue Booking System upon the approval of your event.
For approved events, kindly also submit the completed Campus Diary Form to email@example.com. The Campus Diary form is required for any event broadcasts and event details published in the Campus Diary webpage.
Student-led activities organised by MUSA and MUPA must be supported by an approved Events Management Request (EMR) online form. The EMR form will include your request for a venue booking. We will contact you via email to confirm your event and venue.
Recreational and Sports Venue Booking
Bookings for recreational and sport venues located within the Monash Sports Centre, futsal court and basketball court are available to all staff and students of Monash Malaysia only. These venue bookings must be made through the Recreational and Sports Venue Booking System before use.

Have an approved event and require a venue set-up? Submit a completed Campus Space Management - Function Checklist to the Facilities Management Department, Building 2, Level 7.
