Facilities Booking

Facilities Management offers a variety of teaching resources and events management for use by staff, student, external group and Organisations. We also provide high qualities conferences facilities and teaching resources with capacities ranging from 15 to 360 people. Staff/student, are allowed to book these facilities without charge. Staff are requested to book via  http://intranet.monash.edu.my/Facilities/booking/default.aspx and students through the Clubs & Societies. As for external group and Organisation would like to rent the space and facilities, a fee will be charged on per item basis. Futsal / Basketball / Handball court booking is managed by the Monash University Students Association (MUSA). Staff and student may contact the Lounge Attendant, MUSA Lounge, Building 6, Level 1.  The link to the guidelines for use of the Court is http://www.musa.monash.edu.my/Services-Activities/Court-Booking.html.
