Complete the Acceptance of Offer Process |

Accept the offer of admission by completing and submitting the Acceptance Document-1 to Course Manager. |

Submit the Acceptance Document-2 along with minimum payment of any required fees as stated on your offer letter . |

Activate your Authcate account |
| |
Get your account by visiting www.monash.edu.au/students/computer/. Computer accounts are a must because all courses will require you to have access to the web and email. Refer to ITS helpdesk ( situated in the Library & Learning Commons) if you need further assistance. |

| 3. |
Complete the Enrolment Questionnaire online by 22 February 2008 |
| |
Go to http://my.monash.edu.au/wes/ to complete the questionnaire. Refer to page 4 of the General Information booklet for further details. Until this requirement is completed you will not fully enrolled with the University and therefore will NOT be issued your student ID card. Make sure you submit your enrolment details as well as print and save the transaction number and details. |

| 4. |
Get your tutorials and labs allocated |
| |
Finalise your timetable for the units in which you are enrolled by getting allocated for tutorials and labs via http://allocate.cc.monash.edu.au/. For more details, see page 1 of the General Information booklet. |

| 5. |
Obtain your Student ID card |
| |
It is compulsory for you to complete point no. 3 on this checklist (i.e. Enrolment Questionnaire online) before your student ID card can be issued to you. Refer to the photo ID sessions schedule in this booklet, it is also available at Monash website and Student Administration counter. |

Get to know the Library and Learning Commons |
| |
It is vital to attend the library orientation session during Orientation. You’ll learn your way around the library, get to know library services and facilities, and find library materials, including electronic resources. |

| 7. |
Get to know your Student Association and Clubs & Societies |
| |
MUSA (Monash University Student Association) represents the student body. Look out for the services offered, including clubs and societies, education and welfare representation, social activities, and free facilities at the student lounge. |

| 8. |
International students Only :
Report to the International Student Services Unit (ISSU) at Building 2, Level 2 |
| |
Approach the Student Community Services Department and let the staff on duty know that you are a new international student and would like to report to ISSU. |
| |
Attend the mandatory briefing for all international students on Thursday, 21 February 2008 from 1.00pm-4.00pm at 6-3-03. |

Last but not least – have fun – join in the activities, ask questions, chat with people and get a feel of university life. Remember, everyone is new, just like you, so don’t be shy. Get involved and you’ll have a productive time. |
