The main functions of the Planning Unit are to:

coordinate the development of campus plans

oversee and assist the implementation of campus plans

review the campus’s performance against its plans
-
provide reports on the campus’s performance for the promulgation to high-level boards, committees, the Council and Governments
-
oversee and assist the implementation of campus-level business processes and
-
provide data analysis and information to support effective strategic decision-making.
