A talk on using self-hypnosis to de-stress, achieve relaxation and emotional wellbeing

Connecting with a suicidal person:
A workshop by the Befrienders

A workshop on how to speak with and listen to someone who is suicidal

  • Certificates of participation will be given to students attending the workshops and talks.
  • Refreshments will be served.
  • My "H" moment: Share positive messages during the week (5-7 Oct 2015) on the board to promote positive energy on campus. Top posts will win Starbucks cards!
  • Help Us Grow Stronger (HUGS): An event during the week (5-7 Oct 2015) by Students' Psychology Interactive Network (SPIN) to increase awareness on depression; students will hand paint to show their respect and understanding.
