International Exchange | Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Germany

What Annemarie says

“My motivation for an exchange semester was to learn more about the Asian culture and how education works there. I enjoyed my time on exchange at Monash University and if I had to choose again, I would do exactly the same!”

Thoughts on Monash University Malaysia

“The decision to go on exchange was also influenced by my own desire to improve my English skills. In the beginning of the semester I was very shy in speaking English, but now I feel I have improved in conversing and using English for academic purposes. All of my international friends helped me and made me feel more comfortable in my new life at Monash.”

Life in Malaysia

“Meeting new people and making new friends from all around the world has been a highlight from going on exchange. I hope that I am able to meet some them again, maybe during my travel time in South East Asia or while they are travelling through Europe. I never thought that travelling in a huge group could be so much fun! I The ICEP program at Monash was good because I could learn a lot about the culture in Malaysia and some Malay phrases.”
