Abdul Ghafoor is Lecturer of Finance at Monash Business School, Malaysia. He is also a Non-resident Research Fellow at IPAG Business School Paris, France. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. His areas of research are corporate finance, corporate governance, and corporate misconduct. His work is published in various international journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Emerging Market Finance and Trade, Global Economic Review and others.
