Adlina graduated with a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Master of International Business from the United States International University - Europe. This University's main branch campus is in San Diego, California but Ms Adlina opted for the England campus. So for five years, she completed her two degrees while working, travelling and grew up with the cultural enrichment of England and other parts of the world, thanks to her circle of international friends.
After returning to Malaysia, she began her academic career with Sunway College, teaching for the Australian & New Zealand Universities Twinning Programme, one of that which was Monash University. When Monash University established its Sunway campus in July 1998 Ms Adlina continued her career in Monash University teaching various Management subjects. More recently, Adlina has been focusing on her Education role specifically in 1) developing higher level of teaching quality 2) designing new and innovative units and curriculum and 3) study of students' overall university learning experience.
