OPTION B (11 January 2020 - 24 January 2020)
MGX5890 International Study Tour Program in Business
Summer at Monash University Malaysia campus form (Monash University, Australia students) - offer letter will be email to approved students.
Please note that enrolments for MGX5890 are limited. The closing date for enrolment of this unit is on 23 August 2019 for Monash Australia campuses students and 20 August 2019 for Monash University Malaysia students.
Malaysia campus students can enroll one unit during summer semester. Students are encouraged to enroll and make payment early to secure a place.
Web enrolment for summer semester is NOT available. All enrolments have to be done manually at the Graduate Program Office, School of Business Room 6-2-02.

HOW TO ENROL
Monash University Malaysia students
Step 1: Complete the Enrolment Amendment Form. Students from other faculties are required to seek advice and approval from Graduate Program Office .
Step 2: Submit the form to Graduate Program Office, School of Business (Room 6-2-02).
Step 3: Fee invoice will be issued to students via email. Students are required to make payment by the specified dates stated on the fee invoice email. Your summer enrolment will be automatically discontinued if payment is not received by the specified date.
Step 4: Check WES for confirmation of enrolment.
Monash University, Australia students
All students must seek course advice and faculty approval from their home location for unit(s) they wish to enroll at Monash University Malaysia to ensure no disruptions to their course progression. Subjects to the requirements of your course and unit availability, you may choose cross-faculty electives as part of your degree program.
Step 1: Complete the Summer at Monash University Malaysia Campus Form and Monash Abroad Application Form
Step 2: Obtain approval from respective Course Coordinator from your home department/faculty on the Monash Abroad Application Form. Without home campus/faculty approval, you will not be allowed to participate in this program.
Step 3: Return Summer at Monash University Malaysia Form and Monash Abroad Application Form and the relevant documents required for the Student Pass application to Monash Abroad, 1st Floor Campus Centre Building 10, Clayton Campus by:
Non-Malaysian students will require a student pass to study in Malaysia. Please contact Ms. Revathi for advise on the application process.
If application is successful, Malaysia Campus staff will enrol the student. Students can check on WES for confirmation of enrolment. Information on fees will be enclosed in the Summer Offer Letter. Students must accept their offers by the given deadline in the offer letter or else enrolment will be discontinued.
Please note that if you did not fill out the Monash Abroad Application Form, you will NOT be allowed to participate in this program.
Cross Institutional Application (non Monash University students)
Students from other institution have the opportunity to study at Monash University, Malaysia Campus. Please follow the steps below for registration.
Step 1: Obtain approval from your University/Institute for the unit(S) you wish to enrol at Monash University Malaysia Campus.
Step 2: Complete the Cross Institution Application Form (Summer) .
Step 3: Send the form and the relevant documents to the address as stated on the form.
Non-Malaysian students will require a student pass/visa to study in Malaysia. Please contact Ms. Revathi for advise on the application process.
If successful, you will be given an offer letter. Monash University will inform the student (via email) if the enrolment for the unit(s) is already full. The student will be placed on a waiting list.
To drop a unit, you must complete the Enrolment Amendment Form and submit it to the Graduate Program Office, School of Business (Room 6-2-02) .
