Bloomberg terminal

The Bloomberg Terminal at Monash Business gives researchers access to the Bloomberg Database of financial information, connecting them to a vast amount of data about financial markets. It provides both real time and historical information on individual equities, stock market indices, fixed-income securities, currencies, commodities and futures for both international and domestic markets, company profiles and financial statements.

The database also provides analysts’ forecasts, news on worldwide financial markets and audio and video interviews and presentations by key players in business and finance. The facility has two screens to enable users to simultaneously view the financial statistics and commentary.

Access to the Bloomberg Terminal is limited to staff from the School of Business, and graduate research students and Honours students with permission from their Supervisors.

Location: Building 6, Level 4, Room 37 (Room 6-4-37)

Operational Hours:  Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (except Public Holidays)
