Personal statement

Dr. Lim Hui Peng received her Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Agriculture and Biosystems from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She then obtained a Ph.D. degree majoring in Chemical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia in 2017. She has been working as a postdoctoral research fellow under the supervision of Professor Chan Eng Seng since 2018. Her research interest revolves around particle engineering for controlled delivery applications. She is currently pioneering the development of particle-stabilized emulsions for stabilization and delivery of high-value but sensitive food actives.
