Monash Hackathon 2019 was successfully organised from 29 to 30 November 2019. The Hackathon event was held at The Hive. The opening and closing ceremonies took place at Plenary Theatre, Monash University Malaysia. It was organised by students from the Schools of Engineering and IT in collaboration with Mobius Digital Systems Sdn Bhd.
The School of IT organized its first Graduate Research Studies (GRS) Symposium on 4 October 2019. The primary objective of the event was to provide opportunities for Graduate Research Students (GRS) in the School to share their research, giving and obtaining constructive feedback for quality research output.
Two alumni speakers from different industry sectors were invited to share real-world industry experience with students from the School of Information Technology.
