Associate Professor Grace Lee Hooi Yean from the School of Business shares her insights on why fresh graduates are not immediately employed by companies.
Associate Professor Grace Lee Hooi Yean from the School of Business says English language proficiency and aptitude were cited as the most common problems that companies faced in hiring fresh graduates. She also stated that nowadays, fresh graduates have very high expectations and a number of them are unwilling to work from the bottom.
