Dr. Alice Chuah joined Monash University Malaysia in 2013. She is a registered pharmacist in Malaysia. After graduating from University of Strathclyde with an MPharm degree, she completed her pre-registration training in Hospital Taiping. She then obtained her PhD from the University of Nottingham. During her PhD studies, she was awarded the World Federation of Scientist (WFS) Scholarships for two consecutive years (2010, 2011). She was also granted the Malaysian National Cancer Council (MAKNA) Cancer Research Award in 2009. Dr. Alice Chuah's research area include nanoparticles, targeted delivery to cancer and natural compounds.
