Dr Nida Sajid Ali Bangash joined School of Pharmacy, Monash University Malaysia since 2019. Her research focuses on prognostic and predictive factors and their role in the development of treatment plan and survival among cancer patients. Besides her competence in clinical oncology, her research interests stretch across various areas of pharmacy practice. Upon completion of her postgraduate research in 2017 she started her academic career in Malaysia as a clinical pharmacy lecturer and been actively involved in training and examining pharmacy students on improving interpersonal communication skills in community pharmacy and clinical rotation experiences through effective precepting before her transition to Monash University Malaysia.

Dr Nida Sajid Ali Bangash research expertise is in clinical oncology, with a particular focus on understanding the prognostic factors involving features of the cancer,characteristics of the patient, predictive factors of genetic mutation, investigating the impact of different treatment modalities, and developing a treatment plan to enhance advanced stage cancer survival. Besides her expertise in clinical oncology, her research interest stretch across various areas of pharmacy practice.
