Monash University Malaysia has established the Pro Vice-Chancellor’s (PVC) Awards in recognition of exceptional performance in the areas of research and education and excellence in performance by professional staff. The categories of the PVC Awards for Excellence for 2019 are listed below.
Excellence in Research
The PVC’s Award for Excellence in Research recognises outstanding Postgraduate Research Supervisors and outstanding researchers in the Early Career and Open categories as well as in the area of Research Impact (Economic and Social Impact).
Excellence in Education
The PVC’s Award for Excellence in Education recognises outstanding educators in the categories of Outstanding Educator, Innovations in Teaching, Best Designed Online Module or Moodle Integrated Course and Best Student Mobility.
Excellence in Performance by Professional Staff
The PVC’s Award for Excellence in Performance by Professional Staff recognises professional staff members who demonstrate outstanding performance in the areas of service excellence, innovation and/or engagement.
