Inaugural insect biodiversity exhibit

A mini insect biodiversity exhibit has been set up in the university library at Level 2 displaying several types of insects and some were designed life-like whereby the insects were camouflaged into the displayed surroundings. This project is a joint effort between Dr. Zoe Yek (School of Science), Dr. Cyren Wong (School of Arts and Social Sciences) and Dr. Zoe's lab intern, Nicholas Tan who has been in the lab for the past 4 months . The insects were collected over the number of years by the tropical environmental staff and students during their field work.

A special thanks to the PVC and President, Prof. Andrew Walker and the Director, Library and Learning Commons, Isabelle Eula for recognising the educational value of the exhibit and work and for allowing the exhibit to be displayed in the Library.
