About us
MIFT 13th National Food Science and Technology Competition will be a physical in-person event again in 2023. It is an activity for undergraduate and postgraduate students organized by the Malaysian Institute of Food Technology (MIFT) and hosted by School of Science, Monash University Malaysia.
Objectives:
- To explore new perspectives in food science and technology area;
- To develop research culture in students;
- To encourage critical and creative thinking skills;
- To promote networking among students, researchers, and industry
