Innovative Food Product Development Competition

Only one table (150 cm x 80 cm) will be provided, not two (updated on 16 May 2023).

An exhibition of food products will be set up by each team. Each team shall present a 15-minute presentation to the judges about their product in a closed session at a separate venue.

Presentation slides (e.g. Microsoft’s Power Point) or video may be used during the presentation. There is no restriction on the whole team should present but we encourage teamwork.

You may bring your food product along during the oral presentation in case judges would like to have a closer look or taste your product during the oral presentation.
