Exam support

Whether you're doing your eExam on-campus or from home, if you experience any difficulties on the day (technical or otherwise), contact the eExams Support Hotline on +603 55145600. They'll make sure you get the help you need. If you’re sitting your eExam at the Clayton campus, IT support staff will also be on-site to assist.

If you cannot reach the Exams Support Hotline by phone (e.g. outside the exams support hours of 7 am to 7 pm) please log a support ticket to report your issues.

If your internet connection drops out during your eExam, don’t panic – your eExam responses are automatically saved every 30 seconds!
