Getting help and support
Whether you're doing your eExam on-campus or from home, if you experience any difficulties on the day (technical or otherwise), contact the eExams Support Hotline on +603 55145600. They'll make sure you get the help you need. If you’re sitting your eExam at the Clayton campus, IT support staff will also be on-site to assist.

If your internet connection drops out during your eExam, don’t panic – your eExam responses are automatically saved every 30 seconds!
If you’d like to give feedback on your eExam experience, you can complete our optional feedback form. To find it, go back to your eExam landing page, then click Provide feedback. We may share your responses with relevant Monash staff.
