Successful executives and managers are effective influencers and negotiators who can succinctly convey observations, recommendations, feedback, and conclusions to all stakeholders who range from fellow colleagues, supervisors and directors, internal and external customers, as well as the general public. These can be accomplished through effective influencing and negotiating skills utilised during meetings, presentations, interviews, and negotiations with all stakeholders in order to influence outcomes.

This course navigates participants through the various practical challenges, methodologies of negotiations, formulation of value-added activities, and allows the development of key understanding and skills to overcome these challenges with successful results.
