As labor costs in China continue to rise, brands and retailers are increasingly looking to diversify their suppliers base to other sourcing locations in Asia, creating ever more complex and risky supply chains.

Sourcing from China: Future Trends training program aims to introduce the key trends and issues governing China's future supply chains with an emphasis on the behind the scenes real world videoed factory audits. This unit will cover macro factors, three circle control (risk and negotiation) framework, and technology enablers (blockchain and virtual QC factory management) relevant to current practice.

This two-day workshop will help participants to understand the changes and shifts that companies experience in their global sourcing: strategy, operations, adding value, mitigating risks and sustainable sourcing. The emphasis is on selecting and managing the China supplier.
