Getting Started

The focus of this module is to give an overview of this program. It allows participants to get to know each other, as well as get started on some ideas for their video content that they will be doing in the hands-on session of this program.

Content Structure

This module focuses on structuring the content of their video to create a more streamlined content flow. This allows participants to manage their video recording in a more systematic approach, and allows them to focus on key areas of their content.

Video components

Participants will acquire knowledge on how to gather media resources and video components to enhance the quality of their videos. Audio and visuals, voice, texts, intro, and outro, are all important aspects that will take videos to the next level of viewership. In this module, the key objective is to provide an opportunity for participants to understand the importance of these components, as well as to provide various sources to gather media resources.

M4

Video production

In this module, participants will have a hands-on experience in creating content for their video, gathering media resources, recording and editing video, and uploading their work to Youtube. This module allows participants to have a first-hand try on going through the entire process of producing a video on their own, while gaining the experience of difficulties they may experience in doing so.

Youtube

This final module shares the required knowledge to upload media to Youtube. General advice as well as common practices are shared, and continuous support and call-to-action for their uploaded media is learnt in this module. Feedback is provided amongst participants on their uploaded content from the previous module via the respective Youtube channels.
