History of Platform

Advanced Engineering Platform (AEP) was officially established at Monash University Malaysia in March 2013, based on the previous engineering research strengths and also the Monash Centre of Green Electronics founded in August 2011. Supported by the Campus annual budget at Monash University Malaysia, AEP has attracted engineering academic staff members who are intelligently brilliant, research productive, and globally recognized, to join. The AEP has also attracted high quality postgraduate research students to make their innovations within AEP. Within the past nine years, the fast infrastructure developments and intensive research programs have brought the AEP to a much high level, as evidenced from its high-quality and large-volume papers published, commercially valuable intellectual properties filed, various national and international student design competition awards given, and international awards and recognitions the Monash AEP staff.
