Time management is a skill that can be cultivated. If you are looking for a concrete way to manage your time, you might want to consider the Pomodoro Technique created by Francesco Cirillo. Named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student, this technique involves segmenting time into more manageable chunks to boost productivity.
