Library membership

Students

• Active students at Monash University Malaysia are automatically registered as members of the Library. The student ID card functions as a library card for borrowing library materials.
• Access ends when your student status is marked “Complete” soon after final semester results or thesis submission.

Staff

• Monash University Malaysia staff are automatically registered as members of the Library. The staff ID card functions as a library card for borrowing library materials.
• Membership will be terminated upon staff resignation or by termination of employment.

Alumni membership

• If you are a Monash graduate, you can access our Library collections through the Monash Alumni Portal. This enables us to offer an improved experience and increased security.
• If you do have an account, you will need to sign in and click on the Library “Explore Resources” button to view the list of databases available to you. You can browse and access a selection of online databases covering business, physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences and humanities.
• You can register to borrow 5 physical items for two weeks.
• Please note due to licensing restrictions access to many e-books is limited to current Monash staff and students.
