Online Induction FAQ

All staff and and postgraduate students at Monash University Malaysia are required to undergo this induction every three years.

When do I need to do the Induction?

1. You may do it at your convenience using the online link at the top right corner of the OHSE Unit’s website.

What do I need?

1. You need a computer with speakers.

How do I undergo the Online Induction?

1. Click on this link.
2. Login using your Monash Malaysia network account.

How long does the Online Induction take?

1. The Induction takes about 20 minutes.

Can I stop midway through the Induction?

1. Yes. If necessary, you may stop at any time during the induction and pick up from where you left off.
2. However, your induction will not be recorded as completed until you have finished the induction.
3. The same applies if your induction is interrupted for any reason.
