Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science (Honours)

The course is designed to provide a clear and smooth pathway from Bachelor degree to a higher degree by research study, primarily PhD degree. The course gives an optimal blend of pharmaceutical science knowledge and skills  with research experience in the selected area of research. Students can select the coursework modules of their interest to customise their study towards their specific research topic. The main component of the program is a research project under supervision of an academic expert in the field.

This course comprises 48 credit points including research (36 credit points) and coursework (12 credit points). The coursework component consists of the modules selected by students based on their research interest.

  • have a suitable academic background;
  • be accepted as a potential candidate by a supervisor; and
  • have a suitable research project as a basis for the degree studies.
