Itinerary
This program will take place in 3 different locations across Melbourne:
- One full day in Mornington Peninsula in the first week of July
- One full day in Yarra Valley in the first week of July
- A few days in Monash University, Caulfield Campus
Program Cost
Program cost: $200 – $300 AUD.
Deposit payment: $100. Payment details will be provided to successful applicants.
Final payment: TBC. Payment details will be provided to successful applicants.
The cost of this program includes:
- Transportation for the academic program and site visits.
The package does not include:
- Monash University tuition fees for 6 credit points of study
- Meals and other personal expenses.
Eligibility
Undergraduate:
- a WAM of 60% or above
- completed at least 72 credit points at the time of application.
- Submission of a 200-word personal statement as part of your application addressing the following questions:
- 1. Why do you wish to take part in this program and what skills will you be able to bring to the group if accepted?
- 2. How will this program add value to your degree and/or future career aspirations?
Graduate:
- a WAM of 60% or above
- completed at least 24 credit points at the time of application.
- Submission of a 200-word personal statement as part of your application addressing the following questions:
- 1. Why do you wish to take part in this program and what skills will you be able to bring to the group if accepted?
- 2. How will this program add value to your degree and/or future career aspirations?
Assessment and Results
The program will be recognised as equivalent to 6 credit points of Monash study.
Assessment is 100% in-semester and may include:
- group presentations,
- a research essay on an agreed topic from the program;
- a reflective learning journal.
You will receive a specific grade for the unit.
The lead academic will provide further information on the requirements of assessments due prior to the first classroom day, as well as the date and details for the final assessment
