We will assess your application against the minimum age, English, and academic entry requirements when we receive it.

If your application is successful, we will make you a full offer. We will email this to you and your agent if you have one.

If we are not able to make you a full offer immediately, you may receive a conditional offer. This means you must submit more information before we can send you a full offer. Usually, the information we need is final results, the results of an English exam, or transcripts. We will explain in the email.

Successful applications

We will send you an offer package if you are successful. The offer package includes:

  • A Letter of Offer
  • Acceptance Form
  • High Achiever Award (HAA) letter/ bursary letter ( only for qualifying students)
  • Credit Letter( if applicable)
  • Medical Examination Form (Only for Medicine students)

The letter of offer

We send the offer letter by email. It will confirm details such as:

  • course title and start date
  • length of course
  • fees information
  • any conditions that may apply.

You can accept your offer by following the steps outlined in:

  • the Acceptance Form
  • our email correspondence with you, or
  • guidelines provided in Let's Begin

Conditional offer

If we are not able to make you a full offer immediately, you may receive a conditional offer. A conditional offer means you must submit more information before we can send you a full offer.

Usually, the information we need is final results, the results of an English exam, or transcripts. We will explain in the email or in your offer letter.

English language conditions

You must provide evidence of your English language ability before starting your course. Contact us at mum.admissions@monash.edu if you want to apply for the Monash English Bridging (MEB).

Unsuccessful applications

If you are not successful in your first course preference, we will assess you for the next preference on your application, or we will contact you for your confirmation to join any other eligible course.

Deadlines and dates

You must meet specific deadlines to meet the conditions of your letter of offer. You are responsible for sending any required documents, so they arrive before the stated deadline.
