For those with a passion for understanding and helping people.

If you want to study psychology and understand the complexities of human behaviour and the biological, psychological and social factors that contribute to individual, group and community processes, this course is for you.

The Bachelor of Psychology program at Monash Malaysia is a three-year course that provides students with a solid foundation in psychological theories and research. Develop the analytical and critical thinking skills necessary for a successful career in clinical psychology, management, research, teaching, human resources, community services and counselling health services and more.

Over the course of this bachelor's degree, you will explore the complex biopsychosocial factors that influence human behaviour, gain exposure to evidence-based and culturally informed approaches, and develop your understanding of scientific methodology and its application in psychology.

Your required study includes a core sequence of psychology units and the opportunity to complete a major stream of study in mental health and wellbeing or one of our applied psychology streams.

This knowledge will lay the groundwork for you to make your own scientific discoveries, help to promote mental health, and to influence how those in the community think about mental health.

This bachelor's degree in psychology is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) and thus you will be eligible to undertake further study in psychology in Australia.

"The knowledge that I have gained throughout my degree has been highly relevant and up to date with the current events in the world and with the field of psychology. Our assessments challenged us to think critically and this trained me to think outside the box when problem solving, whether it be academically or generally in life. Research also relies heavily on critical thinking, and I am appreciative that I had the opportunity to hone this skill during my degree."
