Monash English Bridging

You will meet the Monash English language requirements if you have successfully completed and passed the Monash English Bridging (MEB) course. This course is available for both Malaysian and international students.

Duration

The course takes 20 weeks to complete.

Intake periods

We have two intakes per year for the Monash English Bridging (MEB) course. You can start either in February or August. Visit the MEB Intake dates page for more details.

Entry requirements

MEB is acceptable to meet the english requirement for all UG and PG by Coursework courses except for Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (BMedSc/MD).

Entry requirements vary depending on the English language requirements of the destination course.

You will need to meet the entry requirements for the destination course before we can offer you a place in our MEB program.

For Research Degree and PHD applicants, if you wish to join our MEB course, we will need to get a confirmation from the course owning faculty on your eligibility to join our MEB course.

Fees

In 2020, the tuition fee for this course is:

  • RM10,185 for Malaysian students
  • RM10,185 for international students.

Other fees (Payable only once for MEB Course)

  • Application - RM100
  • Registration - RM200
  • General amenities - RM100
  • Visa application fee for new international student – RM1,590
