Nanosight

The NanoSight NS300 (Malvern Panalytical) provides a high-resolution analysis of nanoparticle sizes and concentrations using Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA). This technology relies on both light scattering and Brownian motion, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of nano-sized particulate systems.
Applications of the NanoSight NS300 span a wide range of particulate systems, including extracellular vesicles, viruses, vaccines, drug delivery, gene therapy, biotherapeutics, nanomaterials, colloids, toxicology, ultrafine bubbles, etc.
The NanoSight NS300, currently located in Building 3, Level 6, in the School of Pharmacy Lab, is the state-of-the-art analytical instrument and the only unit available in an institution that provides services in Malaysia. Services that we provide include sample analysis and reports to external users for a nominal fee.
Sample Preparation
A minimum sample volume of 3mL dispersed in an aqueous solution is required. Unless specified, the sample is assumed to be in distilled water. Please also state the dilution factor if dilution is done on the sample.
