What you should know?-Oct Intake

Enrolment steps:

1. Log into your WES
2. Go to the ‘Enrolment / Re-enrolment’ section in WES, then into Unit Enrolment.
3. Choose course e.g : ‘Bachelor of Computer Science (C2001)’
4. Complete all relevant modules as required.
5. Go to ‘Unit Enrolment’
6. Click the ‘To Add Units Click here’ box at the top of the enrolment form
7. Enter or search for the units you want to enrol in to add them to your enrolment
8. Click SUBMIT once you’ve finished making changes (if you don’t submit your changes, they won’t be saved).

If you add a unit to your enrolment:

• log into Allocate+ to register yourself in activities for this unit. Allow 2 hours for the units to appear in Allocate+

Hints when adding units in WES

If an error message is returned when you try to enrol, it is possible you have not met the prerequisites to study the unit:

• Remove the unit from your enrolment and SUBMIT ENROLMENT to clear the form
• Complete your enrolment for all other units
• If an error message is returned saying you haven't enrolled in enough credit points, you'll need to add more units before WES will allow you to submit.

WES will email you a transaction number when you have successfully made updates to your enrolment. Keep this as a record of your changes.

What do I need to do in Allocate+ if I change units?

For most students, if you:

• add a unit in WES, make sure you select the unit activities in Allocate+. Remember that it takes two hours for the change in WES to appear in Allocate+
• withdraw from a unit in WES, and take no further action in Allocate+.
