3MT: Congratulations to Lim Han Yin

Three Minute Thesis (3MT) is an annual competition on research communication that challenges Graduate Research students worldwide to introduce their research findings to non-specialists in an engaging and compelling way within just three minutes using only one static PowerPoint slide! Lim Han Yin pursues a PhD degree working on developing new efficient and safe agents against breast cancer under Assoc. Prof. Anton Dolzhenko's supervision. Lim Han Yin represented the School of Pharmacy at the Campus level of the competition and secured first place with her topic "Beyond Pink Ribbon".
With research and communication skills built through her undergraduate and postgraduate study in our School, Lim Han Yin wisely used the allocated three minutes to explain her research clearly and effectively. The audience appreciated the talk and also selected her for the People Choice Award. As the winner of the Campus level competition, Lim Han Yin will travel to Australia to represent Monash University Malaysia at the Monash University level of this competition.
