Re-enrolment for Continuing Students
All students are required to enrol in their units via Web Enrolment System (WES).
If you are not able to continue with a unit, you have to discontinue the enrolment via WES. If you are discontinuing all your units within the semester due to reasons beyond your control, you can apply for intermission from your course.
At the end of every year, you are required to re-enrol in the units that you are supposed to enrol for the following year. Even if you are waiting for offers to go for an Global Intercampus Program (GIP) or intercampus transfer to Parkville campus, Melbourne, or transfer to another course within Monash in the coming semester, you still need to re-enrol during the re-enrolment period.
Pharmacy degree students with fails in PHR-coded units: there is a pass by year rule in all year levels and a pass by semester rule from year 2 in the course. This means if a student fails a unit, they will be invalidated (automatically withdrawn) from their next semester’s enrolled units.
