The StEPs Office will be sending you the StEPs Indemnity form and Pre-placement declaration form and you will need to complete both forms before you are permitted to begin your placement.

Pre-placement Declaration Form

The Pre-placement Declaration Form will be made available in Moodle and you will need to complete the form every year before your placement/s begins. Please wait for instructions from the StEPs Coordinator.
